Political activist Pauline Njoroge has resigned from the Jubilee Party after 14 years, ending a chapter that saw her rise to the party’s National Executive Committee as Deputy Organising Secretary.
In a statement issued on Monday, July 21, Njoroge said she had chosen to begin a new political journey after years of service within the former ruling party.
She thanked former President Uhuru Kenyatta for mentoring her and giving her opportunities that shaped her leadership and communication skills. Njoroge said the experience also exposed her to governance issues in Kenya and beyond.
The former Jubilee official also confirmed that she has worked with the Linda Mwananchi movement since February this year. She described the movement as a platform that promotes constitutionalism, accountability, good governance and servant leadership.
Njoroge further declared support for the broader WANTAM campaign, saying she believes it offers an opportunity to advance integrity, respect for the Constitution and people-centred leadership as Kenya prepares for the 2027 General Election.
